Zoning Board of Appeals

• Primarily responsible for acting on requests for variances from the terms of the Zoning Regulations where a strict interpretation of the regulations would result in unnecessary hardship for a property owner. The Board also hears and decides upon appeals on alleged errors in any order or decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
• Participated and voted on approximately 60 hearings.
